1 How long time does it take to produce the order?

For orders up to $1,500 we can usually take 90% from stock, for any items currently out of stock we need minimum 3weeks to produce

2 How long time does the shipping take?

Shipping is done by either UPS or DHL and the delivery time is 4-6working days from that we have received full payment

3 How much is the shipping charge?

Shipping charge is depending on the weight of the order as well as destination. Please use our shipping calculator for a shipping estimate

4 What currency is used?

We use US dollar or Euro as our default currencies, once logged in you can choose which one you prefer

5 Are your products sold by piece or pair?

All products except for our Earrings and Stick-earrings are sold per piece. The invoice will be clearly marked piece or pair for each item as to avoid any confusion

6 Can you include Certificate of Origin in the shipment?

For most countries it is not necessary to have this document but we provide it upon request. A small fee might be charged for this depending on the shipper.

7 Is online payment available and what methods of payment are accepted?

We do have online payment available for orders up to $1,000. We partner with 2checkout as our online retailer and they accept Visa, Master Card and Paypal.

8 Do you accept custom made orders and sizes?

Yes we do accept custom orders though we might require longer time to produce these and there might be a minimum QTY required for us to process custom orders.

9 Can orders be made in the imperial system, gauges and inches?

Yes you can convert all the sizes to the imperial system, used mainly in the States, by the click of a button once you are logged in to the member area.

10 Do you have any printed catalogue that can be mailed out?

All our business is web-based so we don’t keep any printed catalogued on the base that our collections gets updated too frequently and we want to keep our over head down to keep our prices low. We can send printable catalogues via e-mail that can be printed by the customer for their reference.

11 Do you send out sample shipments?

We don’t send sample shipments. Minimum order is $300.00.

12 How can I inquire about the status of my order?

13 Can photos for the products be provided.

Yes we do offer to send photos of all products purchased in either jpeg format or high resolution psd format ready cut out so that the customer can add their own background.
